Planted with Intention. Grown in Rhythm.
Everleighs Organic Gardens
Planted with intention. Grown in rhythm.
At Everleigh, the garden is more than a food source, it’s a reflection of our values, our pace, and our way of listening to the land.
We don’t farm commercially. We grow to nourish, to learn, to compost, and to reconnect.
Everything is grown using organic and biodynamic principles, no synthetic fertilisers, no pesticides, no forcing. Just compost, moon cycles, local knowledge, and time. We plant by hand. We harvest by feel. We work with what the land wants to grow.

What We Grow
The gardens change with the seasons, and so do we.
You’ll find:
Seasonal vegetables — Lettuce, Carrots, potato, corn, sweet potato, tomatoes, broad beans
Native foods — lemon myrtle, finger lime, lilly pilly, bush mint
- Seasonal Fruits — oranges, lemons, mangos, cumquats, mandarins, Guavas
Tea garden — chamomile, lemon balm, tulsi, peppermint, calendula
Medicinal herbs — rosemary, sage, oregano, yarrow, elderberry
Guests are invited to walk through the beds, sip herbal tea grown onsite, and harvest what the garden offers.

Biodynamic & Moon-Guided Practices
We follow the principles of biodynamic farming, which is part science, part spirit, and all rhythm. We plant and harvest in sync with the lunar cycle
We compost everything — food scraps, chicken bedding, garden waste — back into the soil
We build soil life through cover crops, rotation, and observation
The animals—from goats to chooks to our jersey cows—are part of the garden’s living circle
Everything we grow is part of a closed loop system.
The garden feeds the retreat table.
The table scraps feed the chickens.
The chickens fertilise the soil.
The soil brings new life.
A Garden You Can Feel
At Everleigh, our gardens aren’t just a space, it’s a practice.
It’s stillness in motion
It’s scent, texture, and rhythm
It’s where we teach workshops, gather herbs, offer plant blessings, or just rest in the green
This is a place to remember the intelligence of soil, the patience of seeds, and the joy of picking something that hasn’t been packaged, shipped, or sprayed.

Visit the Garden
All guests and retreat participants are welcome to wander the gardens.
We encourage slow walks, barefoot grounding, harvesting with care, and listening deeply.
This is Everleigh’s edible soul.
Sacred, seasonal, and grown with love.
The values we live by
At Everleigh, everything begins with intention. From the way we plant our herbs to the way we design our spaces, we’re guided by rhythm, respect, and a quiet kind of care. These are the values that shape the land, the stay, and the stillness you’ll feel here.
Rhythm over
rush
We follow the pulse of the land, sunrises, moon cycles, and seasonal flow. Everything here is designed to slow you down, so you can hear what’s underneath the noise.
Rooted in
place
We grow, make, and source within our valley whenever possible. From biodynamic herbs to hand-crafted timber, every detail is tied to the land we walk on.
Respect for the Seen & Unseen
We honour not just what’s physical, but what’s felt. Stillness, silence, memory, this place speaks, and we listen.
Beauty in Balance
From sacred geometry to slow design, we create with harmony in mind. Not to impress, but to align. Nature knows what balance feels like.
Craft as Community
We work with local makers, growers, and artisans. Every soap, stitch, and spoon of honey carries a story, and a neighbour behind it.
Space to Remember
Everleigh is a place to return to. To presence. To simplicity. To yourself.
